Basic Yacht Charter Terms and Conditions

1.) All charters are paid in full 120 days in advance due to the limited limited space availability

2.) We accept Master Card, Discover, Visa, JCB, and American Express. There is a 3.5% convenience fee added. Wire Transfers are also accepted.

3.) Weather conditions cannot be guaranteed. All Voyages are at the discretion of the licensed charter captain. Safely of all guests and passengers is the top priority.

4.) All guests are required to sign a liability waiver and indemnification form for all “away from dock” charters.

5.) Late or delayed check outs are not available due to tight scheduling of limited availability.
