Warren and his wife Rachel did a superb job of decorating and furnishing our unit, it was not cheap, but Warren emphasized if we wanted top $ it must be first class. That we did, and it has met our expectations and more. Our rental return has been significant and the occupancy has been high.
I have found them both to be very trust worthy and accommodating. I have talked to Hokua management and they have been pleased with the occupants the Daniel’s have placed into the unit. As you know, it is very critical to have good occupants; otherwise the problems with management would be insurmountable. The quality of cleaning and service has been excellent.
