Is it available around xmas 2011?
ARe you willing to do a weekly rental? If so I need the dates of May 19th, 2012-May26th, 2012. I know this is fare off, but our event is set for my stepson High School Graduation. We have a family of 12 coming in and this home is perfect for relaxing and enjoying Waikiki.
Is May 26th 2012 available for a week. Can I get married on this property?
Aloha Megan,
The Alii Beach Estate would be the perfect place to hold a small wedding. However this property has a month minimum rental length. So you would have to rent it for the month. Also, there are no tents or amplified music allowed.
Please let me know if you are interested and would be happy to assist you further.
Mahalo,
I would love to rent this for a week and one half in early September of 2011 is this possible? Are there stores and beach equipment close by?
Aloha Mr. Mavea,
The Alii Beach Estate is a great Oahu Oceanfront Rental. Unfortunately, it is booked for those dates. A similar great Oahu Rental is our Banyan Tree Beach Estate.
We are planning a family reunion of 24 adults and 8 children below 10 years old. Beachfront is preferable but if not possible other sites close to the beach which must be children friendly. One, two or even 3 villas or estates (if near each other) is what we are lookinf for. Tentative dates: May 21 to june 2, 2010. Being a family gathering, a central place for getting together is necessary and sleeping can be in another villa.
Can you offer something? Thanks in advance.
Can you recommend anything?
Aloha Mr. Garcia,
Thank you for your recent rental inquiry into Villas for rent for your family reunion this summer. We do not have any one home which can accommodate your entire group, however we can offer you two homes very near each other. I would recommend the Kahala Manor & the Tiki Estate.
The Kahala Manor is a 6 bedroom, 5.75 bath mansion which sleeps 16. It has a pool, a large comfortable media room and is 1 street away from the beach.
The Tiki Estate is a 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath Oceanfront Estate which sleeps 8. It has a pool, 180 degree oceanviews from the living room and a grass lawn right next to the ocean. Each room is like tis own suite with its own bathroom and a/c unit.
These two estates are less than 5 minutes away from each other and may be ideal for your stay. The Tiki Estate has a large living room connecting to both the pool area and oceanfront lawn which, when opened up, will create a large and fun space. The Kahala Manor is over 7,500 interior square feet and can accommodate everyone comfortably indoors for dinners or movies.
LOOKING FOR A CONDO ON THE BEACH IN OAHU–NOT WAIKIKI BEACH
PARTY OF 4 FOR A WEEK IN AUGUST OR SEPTMEMBER
Aloha Mrs. Joyce,
Thank you for your recent rental inquiry into condos on the beach for your stay on island this August or September. For your travel dates, I would recommend the Diamond Head Beach Hotel, an ocean front building on Oahu’s Gold Coast (in front of Diamond Head).
In this building we have 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom suites with ocean views available. Many people enjoy this building because it is near Waikiki, however in a much quieter, less dense area and feels less like a hotel and more like a residence.
