From the Mountains to the Ocean… You Won’t Miss a Thing
The Pikake Suite is named after the most fragrant Hawaiian flower, the Pikake. This 12th floor suite has sweeping views from the Koolau Mountains down to the sparkling blue Pacific Ocean. The interior is fully furnished with a full kitchen and ocean views from every room. Located in the Diamond Head Beach Hotel, an oceanfront building on Oahu’s Gold Coast, guests will enjoy the best of both worlds; a quiet, peaceful atmosphere and the convenience of being close to Waikiki.
Private Oceanfront Lounge
Just downstairs you are welcome to enjoy the private oceanfront lounge. Sit and relax on the shaded umbella-tables or layout on the lounge chairs beneath the coconut tress. Listen to the ocean, feel the breeze, and soak up that warm Hawaii sunshine. You can also enjoy easy access to the ocean. It is the perfect place to watch the sunset.
Conveniently Close to Waikiki
The Diamond Head Beach Hotel and Residences is ideally located just outside of Waikiki. It offers a peaceful, island atmosphere while being close enough to all the action. Along the Gold Coast strip are some of Honolulu’s best restaurants; Michel’s, Diamond Head Grill and the romantic Hau Tree Lanai in the new Otani Hotel. Take a leisurely 5 minute stroll and you’ll be in Waikiki where you can enjoy some of the greatest entertainment and shopping on the world. There is no better place to enjoy peaceful oceanfront living than the Pikake Suite at the Diamond Head Beach Hotel & Residence.

How close is this unit to Waikiki beach? Is it within easy walking distance?
Aloha Beth,
The Diamond Head Beach Hotel & Residences is an oceanfront building and is a two minute walk to Waikiki’s white sand beaches. It is an easy walk for most anyone. There is even a small sand beach in front of the hotel at certain times of year …if the tide is low
