New Month= New Fun!

BUZZ AROUND TOWN (FIRST FRIDAY OF AUGUST)

FIRST FRIDAY

  • Aloha Joe, it’s that time of the month again!
  • The First Friday of August! Tomorrow night Downtown Chinatown will turn into a block party extravaganza of art, museums, street performers, delicacy lunch wagons and food vendors, and that’s just what’s going on in the streets!
  • There will also be concerts, live music, DJ’s spinning and grooving and drink specials all night long in each of the numerous chic bars and restaurants that line the strip!
  • The gang at OBRHI loves hitting up places like Bambu or the Venue on Bishop Street for their delicious martinis that are only $4. Then for dancing the newly renovated SOHO that’s only a block away is always a good bet.
  • The First Fridays Downtown Chinatown celebrations happen every first Friday of the month and are free and open to all ages, excluding the bars and some restaurants after 9pm which cater to the 21 and over crowd. It has become a world famous attraction that we all look forward to each and every month!
  • If you are ever on Oahu during the first of the month you don’t want to miss out on a First Fridays party Hawaiian Style.
