Be a part of a local tradition and celebrate Aloha Friday with a festive free Waikiki fireworks show from any one of our magnificent ‘four corners of Waikiki’; Trump Towers Waikiki, Waikiki Shore, the Hokua Building and Nauru Tower rental properties. Mahalo nui loa!

Hawai’i has its own version of the “four corners of the world” right in the heart of Waikiki. The four corners of Waikiki refers to Ohana Beach Rental Hawaii properties: The Trump Towers Waikiki, the Hokua Building, the Waikiki Shore and the Nauru Tower. Every Friday from any one of these four corners of Waikiki you can see an amazing fireworks show off of Waikiki Beach which is hosted by the Hilton Hawaiian Village.
Why Waikiki Fireworks Every Friday Night?
We’re well into the New Year and it’s not the 4th of July or the Chinese New Year. Now come on folks, we’re in Hawaii where you don’t need lavish reasons to revel in. Here in Hawaii every Friday is a reason to celebrate because it’s “Aloha Friday, no work til’ Monday” in the catchy lyrics of Kimo Kahoano’s song, “Aloha Friday.” The fireworks show hosted by the Hilton Hawaiian Village was started in
celebration of our Hawaiian style tradition which basically says aloha (goodbye) to the work week and ALOHA (HELLO) to the fun weekend. Aloha Friday fever has spread to the mainland where they observe “Casual Fridays.” I guess you could say the Hawaiian locals pioneered this ideology which they not only preach, but practice. “No choice brah, slo-down” {Pidgin English for: “Brother you must slow down”}. So be a part of a local tradition and start your weekend off with a free fireworks show which begins at 7:45 p.m., and lasts for five to seven minutes. It’s a visual appetizer or pupus (as the locals would call it) and festive cordial for your Hawaiian vacation.
An Amazing Waikiki Fireworks Display
I’ve seen those Waikiki fireworks every Friday night for at least the last 100 weeks – almost two years worth – and this video taken by Deborah J Kirk of Hawaii Realty is totally crazy and is close as on could be as being there.
This is almost too much, but it does make you want to laugh and enjoy every Friday Night in Waikiki!
